IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR SCHOOLS AND BUS DRIVERS
Due to construction on Marksheffel Road, the best way to access the Construction Career Day site at 7720 Electronic Drive is:
If arriving from the south: Get to Powers Blvd in Colorado Springs. Turn East on Constitution Ave. and proceed to Peterson Rd. Continue East on Constitution about another 3/4 mile to Akers Drive. It is the road before the stop light at Marksheffel, there will be an electronic arrow board at the turn– DO NOT GO TO MARKSHEFFEL. You can only turn left there. Turn north onto Akers Dr., go to first street, Electronic Drive. Turn Right and enter Tab Construction.
If arriving from the north: Get to Powers Blvd in Colorado Springs. Turn East on N. Carefree Drive and proceed to Peterson Rd. Continue East on N. Carefree about another 3/4 mile to Akers Drive. You can only turn right onto Akers Dr. Turn south onto Akers Dr., go to first street, Electronic Drive. Turn Left and enter Tab Construction.
There will be flag people to direct you once you get close to Tab Construction.

The deadline for registering students is Thursday, September 15, 2011.
JULY 2011
The CCD Committee has been meeting the last few months and planning is well underway for Construction Career Days of Southern Colorado which will be held on Thursday, September 22, 2011 at Tab Construction. Schools and teachers have been contacted and activities for the day are being selected.
Registration will be available on the website mid-July. Each student attending will also need to bring a permission form which is also available on the website.
If you are interested in volunteering, click on the volunteer tab, print the form, fill it out and submit as instructed on the bottom.
